Returns & refunds

Returns and cancellations
For a return or cancellation, email rhondakim46@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and the item concerned. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. The correspondence address in our privacy policy should not be treated as a return warehouse unless we confirm it.
UK online purchases: changing your mind
For eligible UK consumer purchases made online, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to send them back. Where goods from one order arrive separately, the applicable cancellation period is determined by law. You may cancel by an unambiguous statement sent to our contact email; using a particular form or receiving advance approval is not a condition of exercising this right.
You may inspect footwear as you would in a shop. Try it on indoors on a clean surface and keep packaging where possible. A deduction may be made for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory rights.
Refunds
For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the eligible purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable under that right. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee, within the legal time limit. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Payment-provider processing time may follow.
For change-of-mind cancellations, you bear the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. This does not apply to the costs of returning faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods where the law requires us to cover them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order or its description. Photos can help us assess the issue, but do not replace your legal rights. UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not meet the required standard, followed by other remedies as applicable. We will handle reasonable return costs and remedies in accordance with the law.
Exchanges and other destinations
Contact us to discuss a different size or style; availability varies. Consumers outside the UK retain the mandatory rights applicable to their purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
