LOAMSTEP / The Loamstep fieldnotes
Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Shopping with Loamstep
These terms apply to the Loamstep website and its online store, hosted on Shopify. Read the product information, checkout details and linked policies before placing an order. Contact rhondakim46@gmail.com with questions.
Products and fit
Product pages provide the available specifications, sizes, materials and prices. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Consult the size guide and each product's sizing information before ordering. Editorial lifestyle images illustrate the brand; refer to product photographs and descriptions for the item being purchased.
Our barefoot guides provide general footwear information, not individual medical advice or a promise of health benefits.
Prices, payments and orders
The currency, item price, delivery charge and taxes presented at checkout should be reviewed before payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; if there is an availability or pricing issue we will contact you and explain the available options. An order we cannot fulfil will be refunded. These terms do not permit us to change an agreed price without your agreement.
Delivery, returns and privacy
See our shipping policy, returns and refund policy and privacy policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Using the website
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or infringe another person's rights. Website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the site to browse and shop for personal purchases.
Problems and changes
For an order or website problem, contact us with the relevant details. We may update website information and these terms for future use; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
